Home delivery:

  • Standard delivery – RM7 (West Malaysia) & RM14 (East Malaysia)
  • FREE- Orders over RM250 (West Malaysia) & RM350 (East Malaysia)
    The estimated delivery time will be between 3-7 working days, depending on the delivery address.

For International shipping rates quoted do not include import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. The buyer is responsible for payment of any customs related charges which may be levied by the government of the recipient country.

DELIVERY POLICY

  • All orders are shipped from Malaysia. The amount you pay will be the price indicated including delivery charges. The delivery charges will be shown during the checkout process.
  • The delivery will be fulfilled from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and local public holidays.
  • Tracking number will be available within 24 hours from dispatch. You will be able to track your parcel once the parcel is picked up.
  • Please note that there may be a delay in deliveries during sales period.
  • We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses.
  • Deliveries will be fulfilled by 3rd party courier services from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Delivery may take longer due to unexpected events. 
  • Orders are shipped out according to order numbers. 
  • All shipping charges will be calculated automatically at the checkout page.
  • In the event of any lost of parcels, Melo shall assist in claiming back funds. Once the refund (from courier company) is cleared, we will make refund in the form of store credits.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS

  • Full payment is required upfront for all item(s) including pre-order item(s). Please kindly be advised that all pre-order item(s) purchases are final. Pre-order items can not be cancelled or refunded. 
  • Pre-ordered item(s) are being shipped approximately 14-21 days after order is being placed, however, schedule may vary due to supplier and shipping unforeseen circumstances. 
  • For delayed pre-orders, cancellation of orders are not possible. 
  • If pre-ordered item(s) are out of stock, a full refund will be issued accordingly. 
  • If your order consists of both in-stock and pre-order item(s), your order will only be shipped once all items have arrived. If you would like your in-stock item(s) to be dispatched first, kindly opt for a separate order at checkout.
