How do I check my current tier and rewards?

You can check your loyalty club status by logging into your account on our website. Your current tier and rewards points will be displayed.

When does my membership cycle start and end?

Your membership cycle starts the moment you join or renew and is valid for one year. You'll need to renew based on your spending to maintain your status. 

How to renew/maintain my tier status?

Twinkle -  Lifetime status that will never expired unless upgraded.

Pixie - Spend RM800 within 12 months after your membership expired.

Stardust - Spend RM2000 within 12 months after your membership expired.

When will my earned stars expired?

Your stars will expire 6 months after the date you earned them, this is applicable for all loyalty tier. Expired stars will not be refunded so dont forget to use them!

How do I redeem my vouchers?

You can redeem your vouchers upon checking out or, simply check your current available vouchers when you logged in to your account.
